Operating Hours

Our office is currently closed to the public (walk-ins).  We are following public health recommendations in response to COVID-19. We hope to reopen to walk-ins soon.  We are still accepting new intakes during normal business hours.  Please call our local office for assistance.  If you need accommodations, please see our "Accessibility" section for more information.  


Office Hours:  Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. 

General Intake Hours:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. or until full.   

Intake Hours for Seniors through Senior Legal Hotline:  Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 pm., 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

After Hours

If you are unable to make phone or in-person appointments during the day due to work, school, disability, or another similar reason, please call LSNC’s evening intake line any time at (866) 815-5990 to leave a message, and someone will return your call within one to two business days. A request for help with an open case must go through your local office during the day. 

Cases we handle

Housing, public benefits, including CalWorks, CalFresh (food stamps), Medi-Cal, General Assistance (GA), Social Security, SSI, unemployment insurance benefits (UIB), and state disability insurance (SDI).
