If you are unable to make phone or in-person appointments during the day due to work, school, disability, or another similar reason, please call LSNC’s evening intake line any time at (866) 815-5990 to leave a message, and someone will return your call within one to two business days. A request for help with an open case or an eviction that was filed in court (unlawful detainer) must go through your local office during the day.

Grievance form for senior cases. If you are a senior and dissatisfied with the results of LSNC's review, you or your representative may appeal to the Napa Solano Area on Aging in writing at 275 Beck Avenue, Fairfield, CA 94533. The results of the grievance will be provided to you in writing within 30 days of receipt of the grievance.
